All order has to be paid before we can ship the goods.

Nationwide order can be paid through ATM of Bank Central Asia (BCA) or your nearest bank using a transfer form.

After payment has been made please inform us by txt/sms or phone call, therefore we can check our account. If our bank have verified your payment then we can proceed with the order.

Although we welcome any input from customers but it is our decision to choose any courier which suit the type of goods and the shipment destination.  “One Night Service” type of shipment is the one that we mostly use but for some cities or areas cannot be covered by this service.

Damage or defect due to shipment is not our responsibility. Nevertheless we will try anything we can while packing to reduce or minimize the effect.

Same day shipment is possible if the order received and the payment for the particular order received before 10:30 a.m. Any order that paid after that time will be shipped next day. Sometimes we cannot send the goods on the same day even though a customer has paid the order as requirements due to too many queuing on that day since as you may already knew that we did this business by ourselves. If this thing is happening we will inform you immediately.

For any order within Jakarta we have city courier to do delivery. All orders placed before 10:30 a.m. will be delivered on the same day. The charge is between Rp.20.000,- until Rp.30.000,- depends on distance. We don’t accept COD (cash on delivery) for courier service. All has to be transferred.
